This Year....

This year was packed. It is hard to tell everything that happened in the detail it deserves. While currently this year I am exhausted and trying to keep up with the ever pressing demands of life and work. Last year I celebrated a lot of goals reached and health issues overcome. Now my husband and I are moving boldly into the 2020 year!

Above all, God has guided us and loved us without fault. He has kept us and protected us. Without our loving God we would never be able to have made it through this year!

This year I played Nellie Forbush in TUAC's rendition of South Pacific. It was hard work, but an amazing experience!

This year we went camping in the mountains!

Our little campsite was perfect!!

We have hiked a lot this year! We've climbed mountains and crossed rivers together!! We have taken Nugget out with us a lot and he has loved it!

Yonah Mountain was an amazing hike! Difficult but amazing!

We also finally got to go to Lula Lake Land Trust, a HUGE hiking goal of mine! It is one of my all time favorite hiking spots in Georgia and it was such fun to go to!

We finally bought a new car and were so happy to have a stable and reliable vehicle!

I spent a lot of time with Nugget in the garden! Wonderful times!

We biked the Atlanta Beltline and enjoyed the beautiful artwork there!

I got to hold a snakey snake boy and it was awesome!

I got to paddle board with my athletic husband who is much better at these things than I lol.

We threw an awesome 4th of July party!

We saw lots of waterfalls this year too!

I event got to jump into one waterfall!

We saw lots of good views as well!

At a few of them, we drank wine!

We also spent time on a boat!

We spent a lot of time at the lake together!

We explored with friends and found many new places to enjoy!

We finally bought our first HOME! Which is where this whole blog began! We have been steadily working on this gorgeous property and we are enjoying each beautiful day here!

We've done a lot of work around the house thus far and we are really happy with how things have turned out.

We have gotten to spend some of our favorite holidays in the house thus far! Including Halloween (with an awesome party!) Thanksgiving, and Christmas which was amazing!

There are lots of other blessings that we've been given this year along with several other adventures that have occupied my time.

In 2019 I've:

Grown in my relationship with God!

Become an official homemaker!

Become a better and more loving wife to my husband whom I adore!

Started playing DND and learned not only the art of role playing and creating a character, but also the fun of painting miniatures!

I have worked at my job for a full year and have introduced several new organizational changes as well as new events for the community to enjoy!

I have started performing again.

I have made lots of new and wonderful friends and weeded out toxic ones!

I have been married to my best friend for a whole year!

I have stood beside my beloved friends when they got married, bought houses, had babies, and in all other ways ROCKED at this life thing!

I've learned a lot about home improvement, as well as furniture repair and refurbishing

There are so many other things, too many to list! I am so excited for my 2020 year!
